Preparation and storage notes

Microwave: Heat defrosted meal in 1-2 minute increments until evenly hot throughout.
Oven: Preheat oven to 180oC and transfer defrosted meal to an ovenproof dish, covering well with foil/lid. Place in oven for 10-15 minutes until evenly heated throughout.
