We serve our fresh and delicious meals up every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon. Pick up available from 4:30 - 6pm. Delivery available Thursday and Friday mornings to Northern Gold Coast Suburbs.

Soups
This is made creamy thanks to the potato which breaks down to thicken the soup in an almost chowder fashion. We add a dash of Miso to give it a little punch of Umami (savouriness) and make it with Oat milk, so it is dairy free too. Choose your topping - our smokey maple syrup glazed Mushroom "bacon" to keep it vegan, or Maple Glazed bacon. Both are a lovely addition, add your preference in the options below. :-)
As the weather starts to chill, this soup is always the first one I make. Slow roasted pumpkin, onion and garlic, served with a dash of sour cream and crusty bread! So warming and comforting!
The king of soups! A filling meal on its own, but also warms the soul - even more than chicken soup! Serve with a side salad and crusty bread to fill it out as a full meal but in my opinion, it is perfect on its own!
Salads
I just am a sucker for roasted sweet potato. It becomes so delicious when roasted, getting a caramelised crust while staying soft and fluffy in the middle. The addition of the lime cream gives a burst of freshness and the curry cashews a layer of warmth. A more complex dish than it looks, but certainly one of our faves.
Beetroot and Dill go so well together, and when you add the slight bitterness and sour Creme Fraiche this comes together as almost a Borscht soup in salad form. Lovely on its own or as a side to heartier dishes like roasts, stews or casseroles.

Looks somewhat like Bolognese but tastes more like the Mince taco filling we all love here in Aus. Features the Budgee Valley Beef Grass Fed Mince we love. We have a meat and a vegetarian version when we have this so if you prefer meat free - check that one out too! It's a dish you can use to choose your own adventure with. You could serve this in a bowl on its own; with toppings like sour cream, grated cheese, chilli or jalepenos, coriander guacamole etc; with warm tortillas on the side to dip into it; over rice (plus all the toppings); on hot dogs to amplify them as a Chilli Dog; or as I particularly like it - over a baked potato with cheese melted over the top and then a huge dollop of sour cream. Heck you could almost do them all! :-) Yum! When I make this, I always do a huge batch as it freezes well making it a regular freezer standby. Great for when you need a tasty versatile dinner in a jiffy - so order a few extra serves to keep as a backup!

Steamed Jasmine Rice
Mixed baby greens served with a classic French Dressing.
Spiced tomato red rice which matches perfectly with Mexican dishes like enchiladas through to Cajun spices-based meals.
This isn't the same as rice, but it is a much lower calorie option, with a neutral flavour which makes it a great healthy alternative for rice in stir-fries and curries. The addition of Coriander gives it a brightness and makes it a great partner for Thai or indian curries and cajun style flavours.
Smashed cucumbers in an Asian Sesame dressing. A great refreshing salad alongside any Aisin dish.
We make the paste in the mortar and pestle, then blend in the avocado. It makes a difference - trust us!
My kids call this Armadillo (hah!), and in our book no Mexican meal is complete without it! The Jalapenos add kick, while the lime juice really brings out the mexican favours.

A vegan spin on the classic Indian Butter chicken dish. Marinated tofu grilled then simmered in the tomato sauce with lentils to thicken the sauce. Get your tasty fix! Served with Basmati rice to complete the meal.
Oozie, gooey, comfort food at its best! Creamy Gruyere cheese and Monterey Jack cheese add colour, flavour and that cheese stretch! Topped with golden crumbs that give a lovely crunch to the meal. This one is a guilty pleasure! Add a light side salad if you want to make it a healthier dinner, but I would be lying if I said I always have it with the salad!! :-) Another family favourite, which we usually have with gluten gluten-free pasta, flour and breadcrumbs - which is for my daughter, but means we can all eat it the one meal. Just select Yes please from the menu options below to get your meal gluten-free. 500g serve will easily feed two with a side salad or veggies.
Beef
I am relatively new to eating mushrooms, and while I was a non-mushroom eater, I often would experiment with ways to make Beef Wellington that didn't have the mushrooms. Lately I have been eating less and less red meat too, so when I saw this recipe on the Taste.com.au site, I thought I could change it up a little more to this compromise which uses a mix of pork and beef mince, wrapped in bacon with a dash of Dijon mustard, then wrapped in puff pastry and baked until crispy. It's a bit of a winner! I guess they are more like a sausage roll? It looks a little bit fancy and is filled with the goodness we know and love from our juicy rissoles with the added bonus of puffy crispy pastry! Sure to be a firm family favourite! These also freeze well so grab a few for the freezer for those nights you feel like something a little but special but don't have the time to whip it up!
The corned beef is slowly braised in flavorful stock, served with steamed carrots and baby potatoes, roasted cabbage wedges and then topped with classic white sauce.
While traditionally made with Veal, we make it Beef, combining a slow cooked Thor's hammer and the signature osso bucco cut of beef. The meat is fall apart tender, in a rich tomato sauce. Add mashed potato and peas to make it a complete meal.
Lasagna. Another labour of love but well worth the time investment, and when we make it, we always make extra as we can’t seem to stop eating it. It also freezes well so I cut up and freeze individual serves as it is a good one to stock up on for the times you need to quickly grab and reheat something for dinner or lunch. For our meat lasagna we use our 24 hour slow cooked Bolognese sauce, and layer it with cheesy Bechamel sauce, and fresh pasta. It is then topped with mozzarella and baked until golden brown. We always make our lasagna a day before we want to eat it as it sets better and in our opinion tastes better too! It will just need a gentle reheat in the oven to be ready but of course you can enjoy it fresh too! Serve with a side salad and some crusty bread for a delicious meal the whole family with love. Small serve is 450 grams.
Fall apart Free range grass fed Beef smothered in a full-flavoured stroganoff sauce with buttery garlic mushrooms for an easy weeknight dinner. Add your own mashed potato, mashed cauliflower or pasta to soak up all that gravy!
I hated this growing up - tough meat, soggy veggies. I didn’t understand why people liked it so much. But I have tried many many versions of this and I have learned a few tips that can help make it a little less dry/tough. You have have have to brown the meat! That gives the meat flavour and also leaves flavour in the bottom of the pan. The other thing is that it needs meat with fat that will break down over time! Low and slow! You must be patient! Oh and it’s yet another one of these dishes that tastes better if you don’t eat it straight after making it! It attest better the next day or even 3 days later. It freezes really well too and since it has potatoes, carrot, celery and onion in there it is a great full meal!
Ikea is just too far to go to when I want to fill my craving for these! So I don't miss out, I have a homemade version that tastes just like it (but fresher!) Comes with a side of Peas and Mashed potato. If you have some cranberry sauce or Lingonberry jam - I recommend adding a spoonful of that on the side too!
Chicken
Such a classic Indian dish, creamy, authentic 12 hour marinated chicken, grilled then simmered in the tomato sauce. There is a little bit of warmth to this but add a note if you prefer it mild for kids as we make the spice mix ourselves, we can adjust it for you! Served with Basmati rice to complete the meal. Makes a great lunch or a smaller dinner.
These Quesadillas have a Chicken Fajita style filling, made bulkier (and healthier??) with the addition of refried beans, topped with cheese which you can then roast/fry until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted! Delicious on their own, or add Guacamole, Salsa, Sour cream and even more cheese! Serving is per Quesadilla.
This is one of our top comfort foods and now we can bake more easily in the larger commercial oven each week, I am very excited to be able to offer more like this classic! The Open Sauce Kitchen Chicken and Leek pie features lovely free-range chicken thighs, poached in our homemade chicken broth, then combined with buttery leek, thyme, creamy gravy and a dash of seeded mustard to give it some zing. These 6-inch pies are filling on their own, but you can make more of a meal of it when you have it with the classic sides of mash and peas.
Fish and Seafood
Also known as Tuna Casserole pasta bake, tuna, corn and pasta in a creamy white sauce, topped with crunchy parmesan breadcrumb topping.
Featuring Prawns from Pinnacle Seafood and Asparagus from The Village Grocer this one is a home-grown special dish! Cooked till just al dente in a prawn stock to give it extra oomph - it's a little bit spesh!
This one is a firm favourite and we have had it requested off menu for special occasions through to New Years Eve special meals! This vibrant curry is made all the more authentic with the addition of lemongrass, Thai Basil and makrut lime leaves from our garden which all give it a real zing of freshness. It tends to be mild but we pop in a chili or two from our garden so you can up the spiciness to your preference. Cheaper than takeout, freshly made with local seafood produce from our friends at Pinnacle Seafood.

Pork and Bacon
Did you know that this is an Aussie Classic! Its a great freezer friendly meal, which can be eaten hot or cold. It is versatile and can be served for breakfast, morning tea or even a light lunch or dinner. I keep slices of this in the freezer and pop them in the microwave for a quick and healthy start to the day.
This little meal packs a punch. Featuring the Pumpkin that is coming into season now, baked ham, red onion and feta brings the nice balance of sweet, salty and bite! I enjoy these for lunch with a side salad, but they also make a great breakfast on the run, or a light dinner.
Sweets/Desserts
I love to have a loaf of this baked with any bananas that didn't get eaten during the week to use as a great after school snack for the kids (or even a sneaky afternoon tea for myself!) The smell when it is cooking just fills the house with warmth, and then we toast slices the next day, pile on the butter and devour. This freezes well too, just slice it up and store in the freezer for up to 3 months - although I doubt it will last that long! it never does in our house!
A nice vegan blueberry and strawberry pie. Delicious with Ice cream, custard, whipped cream. Or even alone.
