Golden and crispy baked Salmon patties are a great freezer staple! Made with fresh salmon keeps them light. Serve with mash and veggies or coleslaw for a meal, on buns with tartare sauce and lettuce for burger night, or even a starter with a dipping sauce. 3 patties per serve.
