12 Hour Roast Lamb Shoulder
The lamb leg is slow roasted for 12 hours until it is absolutely fall apart tender. This is sublime! Order extra as the leftovers will make more meals too. We usually have the slow roasted lamb as the centerpiece to our roast dinner then use the leftovers to make wraps, or pot pies. Add options below to build out your meal - and enjoy!
