Swedish Meatballs
Ikea is just too far to go to when I want to fill my craving for these! So I don't miss out, I have a homemade version that tastes just like it (but fresher!) Comes with a side of Peas and Mashed potato. If you have some cranberry sauce or Lingonberry jam - I recommend adding a spoonful of that on the side too!
Ingredients
Mashed Potato (Potatoes, Milk, Butter, Salt), Gravy (Beef Stock, Cream, Butter, Plain flour), Grass Fed Extra Lean Beef mince, Pork sausage mix, Peas, Onion, Eggs, Olive oil, Salt, Nutmeg, Allspice, Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Refrigerate up to 4 days. To Reheat, if frozen, cook for 5 mins on high in microwave, if thawed cook for 2 minutes. Heat for an additional 30 seconds at a time as needed until cooked to your preferred temperature for eating.
