Ingredients
Cape Grim grass Fed Chuck Beef, Brown mushrooms, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Potatoes, Carrots, Cornflour (GF), Celery, Tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce.
Preparation and storage notes
Refrigerate up to 4 days. To Reheat, if frozen, cook for 5 mins on high in microwave, if thawed cook for 2 minutes. Heat for an additional 30 seconds at a time as needed until cooked to your preferred temperature for eating. Loosen with water if it seems a little thick.
