Featuring Prawns from Pinnacle Seafood and Asparagus from The Village Grocer this one is a home-grown special dish! Cooked till just al dente in a prawn stock to give it extra oomph - it's a little bit spesh!

Ingredients
Chicken stock, Prawns, Arborio Rice, Asparagus, Milk, Onion, Dry white wine, Butter, Parmesan, Olive oil, Garlic, Parsley.
Preparation and storage notes
Microwave: If frozen, cook for 5 mins on high. If thawed cook for 2 minutes. Heat for an additional 30 seconds at a time as needed until cooked to your preferred temperature for eating. Thin with a little water if it seems too thick.
