Bacon and Zucchini Slice
Did you know that this is an Aussie Classic! Its a great freezer friendly meal, which can be eaten hot or cold. It is versatile and can be served for breakfast, morning tea or even a light lunch or dinner. I keep slices of this in the freezer and pop them in the microwave for a quick and healthy start to the day.

Ingredients
Zucchini, Tasty Cheese, Bacon, Eggs, Onion, Self-raising flour, Olive oil, Kosher Sea salt, Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
To reheat from Frozen, place in the microwave for 2 min, or until heated through. My preference is to pop individual pieces in an air fryer at 160 C for around 5 minutes, or until heated through and crisp.
