Minestroni - Frozen
The king of soups! A filling meal on its own, but also warms the soul - even more than chicken soup! Serve with a side salad and crusty bread to fill it out as a full meal but in my opinion, it is perfect on its own!

Canned Tomatoes, Chicken stock, Water, Red kidney bean, Macaroni pasta, Zucchini, Onion, Bacon, Potatoes, Green beans, Tomato paste, Parmesan, Carrots, Baby spinach, Celery, Olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, Garlic, Salt, Parsley, Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Microwave: If frozen, cook for 5 mins on high. If thawed cook for 3 minutes. Heat for an additional 30 seconds at a time as needed until cooked to your preferred temperature for eating. or microwave until warmed through.
