Creamy Cauliflower Soup

This is made creamy thanks to the potato which breaks down to thicken the soup in an almost chowder fashion. We add a dash of Miso to give it a little punch of Umami (savouriness) and make it with Oat milk, so it is dairy free too. Choose your topping - our smokey maple syrup glazed Mushroom "bacon" to keep it vegan, or Maple Glazed bacon. Both are a lovely addition, add your preference in the options below. :-)
