Osso Bucco
While traditionally made with Veal, we make it Beef, combining a slow cooked Thor's hammer and the signature osso bucco cut of beef. The meat is fall apart tender, in a rich tomato sauce. Add mashed potato and peas to make it a complete meal.

Ingredients
Beef shin, Canned Tomatoes, Chicken stock, Dry white wine, Onion, Parsley, Carrots, Tomato paste, Meyer lemon, Olive oil, Celery, Garlic, Dried thyme, Chicken Bouillon Cube, Dried bay leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
Microwave: If frozen, cook for 5 mins on high. If thawed cook for 2 minutes. Heat for an additional 30 seconds at a time as needed until cooked to your preferred temperature for eating. Thin with a little water if it seems too thick.
