Mac and Cheese
Oozie, gooey, comfort food at its best! Creamy Gruyere cheese and Monterey Jack cheese add colour, flavour and that cheese stretch! Topped with golden crumbs that give a lovely crunch to the meal. This one is a guilty pleasure! Add a light side salad if you want to make it a healthier dinner, but I would be lying if I said I always have it with the salad!! :-) Another family favourite, which we usually have with gluten gluten-free pasta, flour and breadcrumbs - which is for my daughter, but means we can all eat it the one meal. Just select Yes please from the menu options below to get your meal gluten-free. 500g serve will easily feed two with a side salad or veggies.
Ingredients
Milk, Cheese, Macaroni pasta, Mozzarella, Butter, Panko, Plain flour, Kosher Sea salt, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Mustard powder.
Preparation and storage notes
Microwave: If frozen, cook for 5 mins on high. If thawed cook for 3 minutes. Heat for an additional 30 seconds at a time as needed until cooked to your preferred temperature for eating. or microwave until warmed through.
