We’re offering delivery on the 24th of December, with convenient pickup options available on the 20th, 23rd, and 24th from our Redfern warehouse. Grown by Halt Hill, a working macadamia farm in the Byron Bay Hinterland. Roasted in macadamia oil, chilli and rosemary and sprinkled with Maldon sea salt. Perfect for snacking or serve warm at your next dinner party.

Savoury
Fresh free-range turkey breast, brined and stuffed with beautiful chicken, date, apricot and sourdough stuffing finished with a zest of lemon, all neatly vacuum sealed, ready to bake and serve on Christmas day. We cook the turkey breast sous-vide method in a water bath very slowly till tender. All you have to do is brown in the oven according to the instructions provided, brush with our pre-made cranberry glaze and sprinkle on the delicious pork scratching crumble. Serve with gravy (included) we suggest a pot of our house made Cranberry and port chutney.
This salmon makes the most delightful Christmas showstopper; oven-roasted in a garlic-infused honey butter and topped with a crust of dill cream fraiche, lemon and crunchy almonds. The salmon arrives prepped with simple cooking instructions. Just pop into the oven, garnish and serve. Perfectly delicious served hot or cold.

Australian certified bone ham, cured and slowly smoked retaining a sharp, woody flavour. Glazed with our delicious mustard, marmalade, stout, pineapple and brown sugar glaze. Choose to reheat and glaze again before serving or slice cold and serve. Leftovers are delicious served on bread with our house-made tomato chutney.

Made with silver beet, ricotta, soft herbs and flaky filo pastry brushed with butter and topped with nigella seeds, pepita, sea salt and cracked pepper. This one is a little larger than our usual offering and will feed 8 people very comfortably as a meal with a light salad or pop it on the dinner table for a beautiful grazing table.

SIZE: Side dish to feed 8 people (1.4kg) or 12 as part of a share table These are best potatoes you’ll ever taste. Oven roasted in duck fat they are so so tasty, fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside, just the way they should be. Steamed Sebago potatoes arrive marinated in garlic, olive and rosemary and with fresh duck fat and salt. All you have to do is toss and roast. Perfect with Christmas roast Turkey and stuffing!

If you have a Turkey on offer this Christmas it’s always lovely to be able to offer a little extra stuffing. This stuffing is based on the recipe we use to fill our Turkey breast and is presented in a tray ready to oven roast. So your guests can enjoy an extra spoonful. With the flavours of sage, date, garlic and sourdough. The tray is 650g and will give everyone at your table an extra spoon of delicious stuffing!

Our famous Christmas pudding, filled with loads of delicious dried fruit, brandy, stout and almonds. Soaked for months then steamed to perfection. Our Christmas pudding comes beautifully packaged and makes a wonderful gift. Finish off your pudding with our sweet vanilla custard.

Everyone loves a little fruit mince pie at Christmas time! Sold as a pack of 12 pies. Hand-made in the Katering at Home pastry kitchen; our mince pies are loaded with sun-dried fruit, spices, brandy, vanilla bean and Granny Smith apple, surrounded by a delicious hand rolled buttery short crust pastry and topped off with a sprinkling of crunchy sugar.
It wouldn’t be a Christmas without a big pile of rum balls on the table to greet you after a delicious meal. Rum soaked butter cake is mixed with crunchy shortbread biscuits, raisins, chocolate ganash, roasted hazelnuts and more rum then coated in coconut flakes.

Our classic beef lasagne is a mouth-watering Italian-inspired dish that will leave you wanting more. Made with layers of tender fresh lasagne sheets, beef ragout, and a delicious blend of cheeses. A generously sized lasagne that's ready for you to bake and serve.
