Lychee purée, Lime juice, Sugar, Mint.
Preparation and storage notes
Shake and pour into a large jug. Add 500ml of rum or vodka along with 500ml soda. Fill glasses with ice and a large sprig of mint, squeeze in lime wedges and enjoy.
