Glazed Leg Ham
Australian certified bone ham, cured and slowly smoked retaining a sharp, woody flavour. Glazed with our delicious mustard, marmalade, stout, pineapple and brown sugar glaze. Choose to reheat and glaze again before serving or slice cold and serve. Leftovers are delicious served on bread with our house-made tomato chutney.

leg ham, Ham Glaze (Pineapple juice, Marmalade, Dijon mustard, Guinness, Brown sugar), Cumberland Sauce (Orange, Lemon, Red wine, Cayenne pepper, Ginger, Red currant jelly, Eschalots, Dijon mustard).
Preparation and storage notes
COOK: Oven reheat or ready to slice SERVING SUGGESTION: Warm in the oven and baste with extra glaze or serve cold. Serve with Cumberland sauce (included). SHELF LIFE: 2-3 weeks depending on storage NOTE: Reheat and re-glaze with the glazing sauce provided.
