Miso Marinated Salmon Portions
Market fresh local salmon fillets marinated in-house . Bake them for dinner tonight or perfect to keep on hand in the freezer for a quick and healthy mid-week meal even the kids will love.

Salmon, White Chickpea miso, Brown sugar, White soy, Ginger, Olive oil, Mirin, Sake, Sesame oil.
Preparation and storage notes
STORAGE: keep frozen SIZE: x2 180g portions COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: BBQ: Bring fish to room temperature. Unwrap and BBQ on flat top BBQ for 6min, turn fish over then close lid and turn BBQ off. Rest fish in BBQ for 5 minutes. OVEN: Bring fish to room temperature. Preheat oven to 220Âșc. Unwrap and bake for 6 min. Rest for 5min then serve
