Cheese Arancini Bites with Green Herb Pesto Aioli
Parmesan and cheddar arancini filled with mozzarella and ready to top into the oven to heat and serve with zesty aioli spiked with green herb pesto dipping sauce. An indulgence and delicious starter.
Ingredients
Chicken stock, Green Herb pesto aioli (Aioli, Parsley, Dill, Tarragon), Arborio rice, Onion, White wine, Butter, Parmesan, Tasty cheese, Gruyere cheese, Di Latte Mozzarella Julienne, Garlic, Thyme, Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Bay leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
INSTRUCTIONS: Place the arancini onto an oven tray straight from frozen. Bake at 175c fan-forced for 20 – 25 minutes. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Scatter onto a platter and serve with dip & Christmas drinks SHELF LIFE: 3 months frozen + 1 week for dips
