Vegetable Lasagne
This lasagne will easily please both carnivores and vegetarians alike. A rainbow of seasonal char-grilled vegetables are layered in-between sheets of fresh pasta and bechamel sauce.

Napolitana Sauce (Tomatoes, Onion, Olive oil, Carrots, Celery, Murry salt, Garlic, Caster sugar, Thyme, Bay leaves, White pepper), Bechamel Sauce - for lasagne (Milk, Bay leaves, Cheddar, Flour, Butter), eggplant slices (Eggplant, Extra virgin olive oil, Garlic, Thyme, Murry salt), zucchini slices (Zucchini, Extra virgin olive oil, Garlic, Thyme, Murry salt), Red capsicum.
