Almond & Dijon Crusted Salmon w/Sweet Potato & Beans

Not that we're biased... but THIS!! This is our favourite go-to meal in the kitchen - when we DO get to have a meal break! Perfectly cooked Salmon, crunchy almond & mustard crust on a bed of sweet potato and fresh beans. Simple... YUM!

Preparation and storage notes

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Oven: Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Place meal in oven proof container, cover with foil and place in oven for 10-15 minutes or until heated through evenly.
Microwave: Heat in Microwave in 2 minute increments until heated evenly.
