Served with all of the roasted vegetables you'd expect on your festive dinner plate, a home-style cranberry relish and a beautifully reduced roast meat gravy.

Preparation and storage notes

Defrost meal in fridge prior to reheating.
Remove outer plastic sleeve. Remove relish/gravy portion. Wrap tray well in foil. Place in a 180oC preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until heated evenly. Remove cover for final 5 minutes of reheating to absorb any residual moisture. Gravy: Place contents of container in a saucepan and reheat on medium heat until hot, stirring regularly.
Microwave: Place container (inc. Gravy) in microwave and heat in 2-3 minute increments until heated evenly throughout.
