Beef (lean), 2cm diced, Chat Potatoes, Water, Carrots, Onion, brown, Vegan worcestershire sauce, Mustard, seeded, Kale, Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation and storage notes

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Oven: Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Place meal in oven proof container in oven for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
Microwave: Heat in Microwave for 4-5 minutes.
