Preparation and storage notes

Microwave: Heat defrosted meal in 1-2 minute increments until evenly hot throughout.
Alternative method: Transfer defrosted meal to an ovenproof dish. Cover well with foil and place into a preheated 180oC oven for 10-15 mins, until heated throughout.
