Brunch
A pack with everything for the whole family. Each pack comes with 12 sourdough crumpets, a jar of jam, butter and a jar of local honey plus your choice of bacon or hot smoked trout. This can be enjoyed any day but make it special on Christmas day.
This is an extra special christmas brunch spread. Only thing needed is champagne! Have it Xmas eve, on the day or even boxing day, when you thought you couldn't eat anymore!

A selection of 2 local cheeses and 2 cured meats for small, 3 local cheeses and meats for large. Comes with crackers & dried fruit and pickles. Contains pork.
Colours of christmas! A sweet spiced cherry tomato chutney, homemade smoked labne and a native herby pesto. Layer them, for the ultimate dip plate. BYO crackers. Dips will serve about 4-8 people.
The perfect dip for snacking with champagne. A blend of sustainably farmed smoked rainbow trout, fresh herbs and creme fraiche. Comes in 270g jar.

1 dozen South Coast Sydney rock oysters from Comes with a spicy Fermented Hot Sauce vinaigrette. Oysters come open, ready to eat, freshly shucked that day.
A retro classic. This is a set including cooked prawns, cos lettuce, avocado, mango and a slightly spicy homemade marie rose sauce. A perfect entree for a hot Christmas day.
Sweet summer peaches with salty prosciutto and creamy fresh burrata cheese - a perfect match. All you need to do is spread on a platter and dress and serve.
Mains
There are three sizes to choose from. Local south coast seafood and Australian prawns. We only use Australian wild caught or sustainably farmed seafood. Small - 1kg cooked prawns, 1 doz oysters, 160g salmon gravlax (2-4 serve) Deluxe - 2kg prawns, 2 doz oysters, 30g Siberian caviar, 310g salmon gravlax, 1 whole cooked lobster, house made seafood sauce (contains egg). (6-10 serve) The Lot = 1kg gravlax, 1 whole large cooked NSW lobster, 2kg cooked prawns, 2 doz rock oysters, 25g jar Gin Shiraz salmon Caviar, 1 jar smoked trout dip. (8-12 serve)
A delicious vegan centrepiece for your table.
A whole easy carve glazed ham from pasture raised pigs from Martin Ridge Farm in Conjola. These pigs have been lovingly bred, cured and smoked by the family farm. The glaze is gluten free and caramelised to perfection. Whole Hams will roughly be 6-7kg Half hams will be roughly 3-4kg and will be hock or round end (boneless).
A crispy skin roast duck served with orange segments, and a sweet orange & Grand Marnier Sauce. A celebration bird for your Christmas table. Medium - 1 whole 1.5kg duck.
All belly porchetta, rolled and precooked. Made using pasture raised pork from Martin Ridge Farm, Conjola. This one is made with pork shoulder - which is rolled with orange zest, fennel seed, salt, pepper, a touch of chilli and a whole lotta love! Slow cooked by Angie. All you have to do is roast in a really hot oven for 15mins to finish off that crackling and you have a very special Christmas centrepiece. The medium is a half shoulder (2.5-3kg) - will feed 5-8 The large is a full shoulder (5-6kg) - will feed 10-14
Salads & Vegetables
A crisp light salad with superfood sprouts, served with a creamy green goddess dressing and toasted pumpkin & sunflower seeds.
Sweet roasted tomatoes with creamy stracciatella (the centre of the burrata), basil sauce. Summer lovin!
Roasted butternut squash with couscous and sweet dried cranberries with lots of fresh mint and shallots. Vegan but also just a great side with meat or seafood. Serve hot or chilled.
Herby potato salad made with nutty kipfler potatoes, salsa verde, capers and lots of extra fresh herbs. It's a bright edition to your festive table.
Honey roasted heirloom carrots topped with crushed pistachio & smoked almonds. Warm to serve. (can be made vegan on request)
