Glazed Ham
A whole easy carve glazed ham from pasture raised pigs from Martin Ridge Farm in Conjola. These pigs have been lovingly bred, cured and smoked by the family farm. The glaze is gluten free and caramelised to perfection. Whole Hams will roughly be 6-7kg Half hams will be roughly 3-4kg and will be hock or round end (boneless).
Ingredients
ham on the bone, apple cider, Orange juice, Maple syrup, dijon mustard, cloves.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove foil and gently heat in the oven if serving warm. Alternatively, serve cold. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat. Consume within 7 days of delivery.
