What are the delivery fees?
All orders over $125 are delivered free of charge. For orders under $100, we charge a flat fee of $15 or $5 if you're close to Kangaroo Valley village.
Is there a minimum order?
For pick-ups, there is no minimum order.

For deliveries, the minimum order is $50.
Can I pick up?

Yes! Select pick up on check out. Pick up will be from our kitchen on Thursday mornings between 9am-2pm.

What packaging do we use?
Angie’s Food is committed to reducing waste and producing food sustainably and this includes what it is wrapped in. All packaging can either be recycled or composted. Our delivery boxes can be returned to us or placed in soft plastic recycling and the cardboard box in paper recycling. We’re constantly trying to improve our packaging and sustainability so please let us know if you have questions or thoughts on how to improve our service.
How do I recycle my insulated box?
Please empty the contents of the box upon delivery and return to the driver. If no one is home when your delivery driver drops off your box, you can return it to them upon your next delivery. Otherwise, please remove the foil lining and place this in soft plastics recycling and place the cardboard box in your paper bin. We’re currently working on a fully compostable box, stay tuned!
What happens when no one is home to accept the delivery?
Our meals are delivered in a fully lined insulated box and can be left in a safe cool spot until you get home, alternatively you can leave an esky out and we’ll leave your meals in that.

If you’re staying in a holiday rental and access is permitted, we will happily place your meals in the fridge/freezer for when you arrive. Please get in touch with us.
I am an NDIS / HCP participant, can I order Valley Table meals?
Yes you can. Here’s how it works….

1. Customer needs to go into their My Account section.
2. Add in their NDIS number.
3. Enter password & save changes.

You will then receive an invoice with your NDIS number & a 30% food cost / 70% preparation for you to claim the 70% back.
How do I enter my coupon code?
When you go to pay please enter the code on checkout and the offer will be applied.
I have special dietary requirements
Each menu item has a list of ingredients so you can see what each meal contains. There are vegan, dairy free and gluten free options. However, if you have an extra requirement please email us and we’ll see if we can accommodate your needs.
How do I reheat my meals?
Reheat instructions for each meal will come with your delivery. You will need either a microwave or an oven and also a stove top to reheat most meals.
Can I freeze my meals?
Some meals arrive frozen, please see the menu description for each item. Otherwise, most meals can be frozen within 3 days of receiving your order. Except the salads… they don’t freeze well - just eat those first!
How long will the meals keep in the fridge?
If the meals are fresh, they will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days after you receive your order. If you don’t devour them in time, simply freeze as necessary. If a meal arrives frozen and you defrost it in the fridge, please be sure to consume within 24 hours. Otherwise, frozen meals will keep for up to 3 months.
Where are the ingredients sourced from?
All ingredients are sourced with a conscience. We source all our meat, seafood and vegetables from local sources. Meat will always be grass fed, pasture raised and ethically produced from small local farms. Vegetables are sourced from local farms following organic principles. We aim to support a local food economy and reduce our carbon footprint. If you want to know more, please email us at

Do you do bespoke catering?

Yes we can cater small bespoke events, dinners and special occasions. Please email Angie at to ask for more information.

What if I need to cancel my meal before delivery? Do I get a refund?
If you need to cancel your meal due to unforeseen circumstances, we will only offer a 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days of delivery, if cancelled within 48 hours only 20% will be refunded. No refund will apply if cancelled within 24 hours. Alternatively, we will happily postpone until a later date.
