Preparation and storage notes

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
*best thawed before heating
Oven: Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Transfer defrosted meal to an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
Microwave: Loosen lid and microwave in 2 minute increments, stirring in bewtween, until cooked evenly throughout. Take care- HOT
