Preparation and storage notes

Microwave: Heat defrosted meal in 1-2 minute increments until evenly hot throughout.
Stovetop: Transfer to a saucepan on the stovetop and reheat gently, stirring occasionally.
Oven: Transfer contents of container to an ovenproof dish. Cover with foil & reheat in preheated 180oC oven for 15 to 25mins until evenly heated throughout.
