Thawing: Defrost frozen meals in the refrigerator overnight; never on the bench or in sunlight. Reheating: Heat meals to at least 75°C or until steaming hot in the center. Food Safety: Eat immediately after heating; do not refreeze thawed items. Individual Meals: Microwave with lid cracked: From thawed: 2–3 minutes From frozen: 6–8 minutes Add 30 seconds if needed; let sit for 1–2 minutes before serving.
