Frequently asked questions
Delivery days are Tuesday & Friday between 9am - 1pm. You can leave out an esky or purchase a cold bag from our online store. We do suggest to not let your meals sit out for longer than 1 hour in the cooler bag. Especially is Summer. Alternatively, we can deliver to your office! You will receive a message when we are 30min away and another when delivery has been made. This makes it nice an easy so your meals dont sit out for too long.
You can leave notes on your order to inform us of any special requirements.
We will do our very best to fullfill requests however we cannot guarantee them.
We will inform you if your reuqests cannot be met.
If your chasing Michels Online products over the weekend or for a monday, just contact our friendly Catering & Event Team (info@mcenq.com.au) to check availability
If you require to make an order for a future date now, contact the Michels Catering & Events team (info@mcenq.com.au) we will be able to take an order and place it for you when that menu becomes live.
If you've placed an order and now need to change either the date or the location of the delivery, email us at info@mcenq.com.au and we will be able to change these details for you.
