Starters and Soups
Sweet potato and pumpkin soup is such a warming and nourishing soup. Perfect for lunches or dinners, and it freezes beautifully for those nights when you need a night off cooking. Infused with kaffir lime leaves, coconut and fresh lemongrass. It is a flavour packed soup. Served with coconut flakes and chilli flakes. Enjoy this soup on its own or with some warm crusty bread.
This wonderful homemade chicken soup is warming, nourishing and healing. Made with homemade stock and free-range chicken and loaded with vegetables and aromatic ground spices. This soup feels like a hug in a bowl. Enjoy this soup on its own or with some warm crusty bread.
Vegetarian Mains
This is a beautiful aromatic Thai yellow vegetable curry with a mild level of heat. It is made with protein-rich chickpeas and delicious veg such as potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli and peas. It is such a treat during the week as well as being perfect for sharing with friends on a Friday or Saturday night. This fragrant curry is lovely served with rice or quinoa power salad. Serve with roti or naan bread for a super weekend feast.
Our Mexican beans - are a gorgeous vegetarian protein healthy option. Enjoy these Mexican beans on their own, or wrapped in a warm tortilla. Top with our lime & chipotle yoghurt. Also lovely inside jacket potatoes. We also love adding fresh avocado slices. Although we say the medium serves 2, it would serve 2-4 people if filling tortillas or jacket potatoes. Our red cabbage salad goes wonderfully with these beans also. ** Dairy-free & egg-free & vegan when not topped with the accompanying dressing (which comes separately).

Fabulous beef rendang. Our beef rendang is slow-cooked in fragrant spices and coconut, resulting in a rich and satisfying Indonesian curry. This fragrant curry is lovely served with rice or quinoa power salad. Serve with roti or naan bread for a super weekend feast. Beef, coconut, garlic, chilli, ginger, lemongrass, galangal, onion, turmeric, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, coconut milk, salt, kaffir lime leaves.
This teriyaki chicken & vegetable is a delicious dinner and such a comforting one. Sticky free-range chicken thighs & organic vegetables in a Japanese teriyaki sauce topped with black nigella seeds and spring onion. It is a crowd-pleaser. Serve with some kewpie (Japanese mayonnaise), if desired and fresh cucumber slices to take this midweek crowd-pleaser up a notch.

This is a much-loved recipe from Nellie's travels which was mastered in a farmhouse in Northern Italy. Serve with pasta or zoodles for a healthy alternative to pasta (zucchini noodles). Or add it as a topping to jacket potatoes - both will make for a gluten-free complete meal. Enjoy this dish with your choice of pasta. Enjoy Nellie's famous chicken tagine at home. This dish is not to be missed. A flavour-packed Moroccan tagine, made with a fresh spice blend of cumin, coriander, ginger, garlic, lemon, saffron and so much more. Nellie loves it so much that she has said; “If I were asked what I would like to enjoy for my last supper, this is absolutely it for me.” Comes frozen.
Salads & Veg
Assorted roasted vegetables with rosemary, thyme, garlic, lemon & premium extra virgin olive oil. Roasted & ready for you to warm and enjoy.
A nourishing grain salad which is a meal in itself. Filled with ingredients to keep you going all day such as lentils, chickpeas, almonds, pepitas, barberries, parsley and mint and a little rose harissa (not hot). Enjoy as a meal on its own or serve as a side salad to accompany grilled fish, meats, chicken tagine or any other of your favourite main dishes. For added protein, this is lovely with some added feta or goat’s cheese on top.
Sweet Things
These delicious and versatile muffins can be used for morning tea treats and brunches, to fill lunchboxes or serve as a quick dessert with yoghurt and berry compote. Serve dusted with additional icing sugar. These are lovely served warm. Microwave for 15-20 seconds. Also lovely served with yoghurt. To turn these muffins into an easy dessert, serve with yoghurt and a berry compote.
Our classic choc chip cookies are hard to stop at one. Treat yourself with a cookie or two (sharing is optional). For a fun dessert, spread two cookies with caramel and one scoop of vanilla ice cream to make an ice cream sandwich. Freeze for 30mins and enjoy. Alternatively, crumble over some vanilla ice cream to make quick cookies and cream desserts.

Made with premium produce & using ‘slow food ‘cooking methods. This product is one of our hero’s. Our beetroot and Aceto balsamic relish is all-natural and is preservative and gluten-free. It suits a great variety of dishes and we’d love you to experiment but here are some of our favourite uses. Relish Mama beetroot and balsamic relish goes particularly well with beef (we know of many who won’t eat a steak or burger without it), game, poultry (especially to accompany your perfectly cooked Roast Chook), savoury onion tart, enjoy it tossed through a variety of Salads, it may be the star addition to your sandwich or Baguette, a winner tossed through warmed potato or carrots, savoury onion tart, the perfect partner to your poached eggs and frittata and it is simply beautiful with a great fetta. Use on its own or mix with cream cheese for a super scrumptious dip.
