Slow Cooked Ragu
An incredible and rich Italian ragu. This ragu is slow-cooked for many hours, giving it a wonderful depth of flavour. This is a much-loved recipe from Nellie's travels which was mastered in a farmhouse in Northern Italy. Serve with pasta or zoodles for a healthy alternative to pasta (zucchini noodles). Or add it as a topping to jacket potatoes - both will make for a gluten-free complete meal. Enjoy this dish with your choice of pasta.
