Meet Relish Mama

Relish Mama cooking school opened fourteen years ago. It started small, from my home kitchen, but thanks to kind words, word of mouth & some great press, Relish Mama grew and it grew rather quickly.

In 2012, I took the leap and fitted out a large warehouse space to be what is now 'home' to Relish Mama. It is warm and inviting, and it is a beautiful extension of my home and family.

My food and philosophy are about celebrating our every day. It is about celebrating each other. Celebrating a shared table and the magic that can bring....whether it be a table for two or for many. It is about celebrating simple but honest ingredients and cooking.

It has always been one of my truest pleasures to cook for others. Food is what connects us. It is a privilege and a pleasure to offer our home-cooked ready-made meals to all who can enjoy them.

Using sustainable and ethical ingredients is very important to me. We use free-range or organic products. We hope that this shines in all of our dishes.
