Mexican Beans with Lime & Chipotle Yoghurt
Our Mexican beans - are a gorgeous vegetarian protein healthy option. Enjoy these Mexican beans on their own, or wrapped in a warm tortilla. Top with our lime & chipotle yoghurt. Also lovely inside jacket potatoes. We also love adding fresh avocado slices. Although we say the medium serves 2, it would serve 2-4 people if filling tortillas or jacket potatoes. Our red cabbage salad goes wonderfully with these beans also. ** Dairy-free & egg-free & vegan when not topped with the accompanying dressing (which comes separately).

Kidney beans, Black beans, Tinned tomato, Red onion, Yellow capsicum, Red capsicum, Whole egg mayonnaise, Greek yoghurt, Water, Lime juice, Parsley, Garlic, Chipotle chilli in adobo sauce, Ground coriander, Cumin, ground, Sweet smoked paprika, Table salt, Ground turmeric, Chilli flakes, Black pepper, Salt.
Preparation and storage notes
This dish can be microwaved in the packaging. However, if your dish has a plastic lid, please remove it as it is not microwave-safe. Microwave for the length of time, according to portion size & your own oven's power.
