Powerhouse Grain Salad
A nourishing grain salad which is a meal in itself. Filled with ingredients to keep you going all day such as lentils, chickpeas, almonds, pepitas, barberries, parsley and mint and a little rose harissa (not hot). Enjoy as a meal on its own or serve as a side salad to accompany grilled fish, meats, chicken tagine or any other of your favourite main dishes. For added protein, this is lovely with some added feta or goat’s cheese on top.

Chickpeas, Kale, cavolo nero, Quinoa, Red onion, corn, Green lentil, Extra virgin olive oil, Lemon juice, Pepitas, Almonds, Barberries, Rose harissa, Flat leaf parsley, Mint, Pomegranate molasses, Sea salt, Dijon mustard.
Preparation and storage notes
