We serve these with crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside Parmesan and herb-crumbed chicken. They'll leave your mouth saying "oh, la la..". The blistered cherry tomatoes were Chat GPT's Idea when I asked it to make the photo look more French, and I for one embrace our new robotic overlords.

Great flavours with all the heat of a summers breeze, bags of texture, and a meal that will leave you light enough to float! Broccoli, beans, red pepper and carrots all stir-fried with loads of ginger and garlic, salty, sweet, rounded off with a sesame, maple, and gochujang sauce for something same, same but different! I give this a 2.5 star firey rating. It's got a kick and is no good for those who can't stand the heat, but it's not crazy hot and tempered. **can be served sans coriander (aka - the devils weed)

I've never sure whether my Australian wife is saying "I love your dahl," or " I love ya darl.". To be safe I regularly cook this meal which I love, and the kids do too! I add fresh pineapple for texture and a burst of sweet & sour along with coconut Cream and loads of Indian spices (but light on the chilli!!) Serves with Basmati rice pilaf to the side this dish pairs well with Kachanba, an Indian salsa that cuts through the richness and brings the fresh. Available in 1 or 2 serves for easy lunching or dinnering.
Tender marinated vegies cooked with spices, onion and tender Basmati rice. Loads of herbs and yoghurt throughout add a peekawncee? piquancy? peekandsee?? ... makes it smell yum. Easy to reheat in microwave or on the stove top but best results are achieved by reheating in the oven. Served in an aluminum tray suitable to the task!

Nothing accompanies a festive spread like crunchy hot spuds with lashings of (not burnt) garlic. Just throw these through the oven and then toss them through the garlic and rosemary oil. Viola! Success you can smell! Approximately 500g or 1kg Feeds 2- 4 or 4-6 Will store well as leftovers
Garlicky and roasty with a smack of brown sugar and balsamic vinegar these are an excellent side to a meaty main or an excellent main for the discerning vegetarian.
