I once wowed a bunch of pros with a few simple tricks I learned from my mum. Classic tuna mornay full of wintery vege including peas and corn. Add boiled eggs, like my Mum says and top with cheesey Parmasen crumb. Boom!! (cue the mic drop) 1 unit serves 2 people and is @650g

Ingredients
Garlic, Tinned Tuna, Corn, Bechamel (Milk, Butter, Flour (GF), Himalayan salt, Nutmeg), Red Onion, Egg (Free Range), Peas, Carrots, Mozzarella, Celery, Parmesan, Bread (GF), Mixed fresh herbs.
Preparation and storage notes
Heat with lid off in oven at 180 for 20-25mins. Sing your favorite son about a fish or do the chicken dance - after all tuna IS the chicken of the ocean. Maybe combine the two? (wine helps)
