Tender marinated vegies cooked with spices, onion and tender Basmati rice. Loads of herbs and yoghurt throughout add a peekawncee? piquancy? peekandsee?? ... makes it smell yum. Easy to reheat in microwave or on the stove top but best results are achieved by reheating in the oven. Served in an aluminum tray suitable to the task!

Ingredients
Cabbage, Water, Capsicum, Basmati rice, Red Onion, Cauliflower, Greek yoghurt, Peas, Green beans, Cashew nuts, Garlic, Dried spices, Fresh Ginger, Mint, Chilli flakes.
Preparation and storage notes
Heat in oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes with lid ON. Fluff Biryani with fork, serve with raita, then sit back and wonder why you trusted a guy called 'Glen' to cook Indian food for you.
