Chicken breast baked with pesto cream and mozzarella and then topped with roasted tomato and red capsicum. This dish is served with Penne Pasta Yes please!

Ingredients
Bone Broth (Water, Chicken - Whole, Carrots, Onion, Celery, Garlic, Black pepper, Bay leaves), Tomato, fresh, Mozzarella, Pesto (contains egg, milk, cashew), Spinach, Cornflour (GF), Capsicum, Chicken breast, Cream - Thickened.
Preparation and storage notes
Heat with lid off at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Check and place back in for 5 minutes at a time (make sure mozz is melted). Serve with mash/rice, greens, or just don't share it and have double the chicken for yourself.
