Shanghai Braised Pork Belly, Rice, Steamed Asian Greens
Sticky and sweet with a punch of aromatic spices, this slow-cooked braised dish is soft, gelatinous and super moreish. Served with fluffy white rice and steamed Asian greens. This dish contains a small amount of gluten from the Chinese cooking wine, still looking for a gf alternative!!

Ingredients
Pork belly, Seasonal Greens, Shaoxing wine, Jasmine rice, Soy sauce (GF), Sugar, Garlic, Dried spices.
Preparation and storage notes
Reheat rice and pork in chef mic (microwave), 3 minutes each. Greens can be tossed in a pan for a couple of minutes or microwaved. Serve pork atop rice.
