Rough minced pork w fennel and rosemary in a classic Italian tomato ragu. Oven baked to keep all the flavour in. Rich and warming this is sure to hit the spot! served with a delicious burnt butter mash.

Buttery Mashed Potatoes (Dutch Cream Potato, Milk, Cream - Thickened, Butter), Pork mince, Tomato Passata (Tomato, fresh, Onion, Carrots, Extra virgin olive oil, Celery, Garlic, Himalayan salt), Bread (GF) *with soy, Egg (Free Range), Home-made Chicken Broth, Himalayan salt, Fennel seeds, Black pepper, Garlic Powder.
Preparation and storage notes
Heat in microwave until desired warmth. Serve with wine and consider whether to commend Glen or the potatoes on how good they taste. Glen's wife says it's the potatoes.
