Grass-fed beef, onion, zucchini, carrot, celery, tomato, red capsicum, red lentils, kidney beans, black beans, coriander, olive oil, spices. The dish is mild with the option to add chilli for extra heat and is served with brown rice and blackened corn.

Preparation and storage notes

Defrost in refrigerator or microwave, if using microwave pierce seal several times prior to heating. Alternatively transfer contents to a heatproof bowl and heat in oven or on stovetop. Will keep frozen for 6 months. Use within 24 hours of defrosting.
