Free range chicken thigh is marinated in Greek yoghurt and spices, then grilled and added to a rich sauce with a home-made curry mix for a slow flavour-making cook. It doesn’t get any better. Preparation and storage notes

Defrost in refrigerator or microwave. If using microwave pierce seal several times prior to heating. Heat in microwave or transfer to a heatproof pan for stovetop or oven. Will keep frozen for 6 months. Use within 48 hours of defrosting.
