So called because you would be crazy not to choose them for a Last Supper Meal - made with free range pork, beef, chicken, pancetta, rosemary and a rich mix of herbs and parmesan, they are tender and luscious. Meatballs are served on top of a bed of spaghetti and sauce and rich baked pomodoro sauce.

Preparation and storage notes

Defrost in refrigerator or microwave. If using microwave pierce seal several times prior to heating. Alternatively transfer to a heat proof dish and heat covered in oven or on stovetop. Will keep frozen for 12 months. Use within 48 hours of defrosting. Great alongside pasta and salad or vegetables or with Lou’s roast pumpkin.
