Menu opens 8am Thursday and closes 6pm Sunday with orders ready Tuesday. Order for pickup (Diamond Creek) or delivery to nearby suburbs Tuesday 4.00-6.30pm. Everything is made completely in our kitchen and all dishes are provided fresh and ready for you to eat or reheat and eat. All first orders receive an 10% discount at checkout.

Vegetarian Mains
A selection of seasonal vegetables and tofu topped with our delicious peanut sauce.
Risotto is the perfect comfort food. We slowly cook the arborio rice in vegetable stock and white wine and add roasted pumpkin and spinach.
Forget chicken wings! These BBQ Cauliflower Wings are a tasty alternative to traditional wings. They are baked with a crispy panko coating and a smoky-sweet barbecue sauce. You won't be able to stop at just one and the kids will love them too! If you have people in your house that don't like vegetables then try these and don't tell them what's inside! We include some of our housemade BBQ sauce on the side
These are like the inside of the delicious Indian Samosa but without the pastry! Delicious as they are or in a roll or with salad. Also great for the lunchbox! Keep a few in the freezer!
Meat Mains
The teenagers favourite! They cannot get enough of the peanut sauce! We marinate chicken thighs in coconut and a spice mixture, roast them and serve with peanut sauce. We use pure peanut butter.

Caramelised and then slow cooked for 12 hours with a delicious spice rib and cooked in apple cider and passata. Brisket is one of those meats that stays together so you can slice it but is delicious and tender. Served with our own BBQ sauce. We love our Brisket with a Simple Coleslaw
Our favourite green curry with prawns, fish and vegetables! The curry paste is made fresh to order by roasting and grinding all the spices.
Salads and Vegetables
A mixture of greens (including edamame beans), roasted almonds, beetroot and carrot with a garlic honey dressing. A great side or delicious on its own
This recipe is from Gourmet Traveller and I just love it - a mixture of grains with creamy haloumi and grilled honey chilli apricots. Served with a simple yoghurt dressing. DELISH!
Thinly sliced potatoes baked in a mixture of garlic, cream and herbs and topped with cheese. The ultimate weekend side dish and works well with any meat, or by itself! I am happy to make this vegan if you would like.
A superfood packed salad including kale, goji berries, sunflower seeds and red cabbage with a delicious ginger, citrus dressing.

Twice cooked potatoes turn roast potatoes into delicious crispy morsels! We supply these ready for you to finish in the oven to ensure maximum crunch!
I make my mac n cheese how i like it - good quality macaroni, a creamy cheesy sauce and a crunch, breadcrumb topping.

We've changed our sticky date puddings up a little into smaller cakes with a caramel icing so that it's easier to pop in the lunch box or just have one at a time! We have also included our caramel sauce under sauces in case you did want it as a dessert!
One of the most delicious desserts that is loved by all ages. Winter isnt winter without having at least one sticky date pudding. And caramel sauce! Perfect cold or reheat and drench in caramel sauce. Decadent and delicious. 300ml of caramel sauce is supplied with your sticky date. Serving is one loaf which will serve 6-8. Extra is available for purchase separately. Can also be frozen.
A delicious mix of nuts, seeds, dried fruits and tahini and rolled in coconut giving a delicious, highly nutritious snack. Not too sweet with a zing of fresh lemon. Great to keep in the fridge or freezer when you need a healthy sweet treat or energy boost

Delicious caramel sauce that just seems to go with everything!
We use pure peanut butter in our sauce and always make more than we need as love to add it to everything! Delicious with raw vegetables, flatbread and more. Eat cold or hot and can be frozen.
