Generally yes! As we make everything from scratch we are usually able to cater for dietary requirements depending on what is required however please note our kitchen is not an allergen free kitchen.
We are unable to do large scale catering however can provide for small functions or celebrations. If you are wanting to create a special meal please contact us directly on the About Us section.
We use recyclable/reusable packaging. Most of our packaging comes from BioPak. The alfoil containers we use can all be washed and placed in your recycling bin.
Although our kitchen is not allergen free, everything is made completely from scratch and we can therefore tailor to individual dietary requirements. Just let us know in the notes section of your order.
Yes, each dish has a label stating ingredients, heating (or otherwise) instructions, if it can be frozen and how long to keep it in the fridge. It also states if there are any allergens.

Yes. I am fully vaccinated as is everyone in my household and who may be involved in any aspect of food prep or delivery.
If you are covered for ready made meals as part of your plan you can receive meals direct from us under this arrangement. If you are plan managed you only need to pay 30% at checkout and your plan manager pays the remainder (an invoice is automatically sent to them). If you are self managed the invoice is provided in the correct layout for you to easily send to your plan manager to receive reimbursement. Simply go into your account settings and fill in the detail so that a quote can be sent to your plan manager for approval. Please let us know if you have any questions on completing this.
Our curated menu opens each Wednesday morning at 8am and closes Friday night about 11pm. Pickup and delivery is then available the following Monday after 5pm.
