Is your kitchen registered?
Yes, we are registered with Nillumbik Council.
How do I know the pick up times ?
When you select the items you want and go to checkout, you will click on Pick Up and this will give you a selection of what is available. Simply click on the option that you want.
We will message you when your meal will be ready or you can request a time and we will do our best to ensure it is ready!
How do I know the delivery times?
When you select the items you want and go to checkout, you will click on Delivery and this will give you a selection of what is available. Simply click on the option that you want.
We will message you prior to delivery or when we are on our way!
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible within the timeframe stated.
Can I pick up outside times listed?
If you cannot pick up at the time stated please request another time and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Generally yes! As we make everything from scratch we are able to cater for dietary requirements.
Do you do catering outside this menu?
We are unable to do large scale catering however can provide for small functions or celebrations. If you are wanting to create a special meal please contact us directly on the About Us section.
What sort of packaging do you use?
We use recyclable/reusable packaging. Most of our packaging comes from BioPak. The alfoil containers we use can all be washed and placed in your recycling bin.
Can you vary meals for different dietary requirements?
Although our kitchen is not allergen free, everything is made completely from scratch and we can therefore tailor to individual dietary requirements. Just let us know in the notes section of your order.
Do dishes come with instructions such as reheating etc?
Yes, each dish has a label stating ingredients, heating (or otherwise) instructions, if it can be frozen and how long to keep it in the fridge. It also states if there are any allergens.
If I order the weekly meal pack can I add other items as well?
Yes, you absolutely can! When you select items from the main menu they sit in your shopping cart and then when you click on the Weekly Meal Pack and select your items from within that they are also added to your shopping cart.
Can I request something for your menu?
Yes, for sure! We love requests!
Are you vaccinated against COVID19?
Yes. I am fully vaccinated as is everyone in my household and who may be involved in any aspect of food prep or delivery.
How do I access under my NDIS and/or Home Care Plan (HCP)?
If you are covered for ready made meals as part of your plan you can receive meals direct from us under this arrangement. If you are plan managed you only need to pay 30% at checkout and your plan manager pays the remainder (an invoice is automatically sent to them). If you are self managed the invoice is provided in the correct layout for you to easily send to your plan manager to receive reimbursement. Simply go into your account settings and fill in the detail so that a quote can be sent to your plan manager for approval. Please let us know if you have any questions on completing this.
When is your menu open?
Our curated menu opens each Wednesday morning at 8am and closes Friday night about 11pm. Pickup and delivery is then available the following Monday after 5pm.
