This recipe is from Gourmet Traveller and I just love it - a mixture of grains with creamy haloumi and grilled honey chilli apricots. Served with a simple yoghurt dressing. DELISH!

Lentils, Apricots, Couscous, Haloumi, Yoghurt, Olive Oil, Lemon zest and juice, Sunflower seeds, Raw Local Honey, Mint, Cumin, Chilli Flakes.
