Weekly ready made meals menu - the start of 2025
Happy New Year. Menu opens early Thursday morning and closes Sunday evening with orders ready Tuesday. Order for pickup (Diamond Creek) or delivery to nearby suburbs Tuesday 4.00-6.30pm. Everything is made completely in our kitchen and all dishes are provided fresh and ready for you to eat or reheat and eat. All first orders receive an 10% discount at checkout.

Vegetarian Mains
This is our vegetarian version of the bolognese ragu using vegetables and lentils. Serve with pasta or baked potato or rice or with flatbread and salad.
The only gnocchi our family will eat is ricotta gnocchi - soft light delicious little pillows of gnocchi in a tomato napoli sauce. Can also be frozen
A wholesome and nutricious vegetarian rice dish with delicious Spanish flavours.
Meat Mains
A great family favourite loved by all. Slow cooked for many hours to provide a delicious depth of flavour. Serve with pasta, on a baked potato, rice or with flatbread and salad.
A perfect dish for the heat of summer and one of our favourites. Combined with the a dressing of sweet salty flavours it hits the spot every time.
Everyone loves a pulled pork! We use a dry rub and slow roast it in kombucha for 12 hours to provide a melt in your mouth flavour combination. We include our homemade BBQ sauce on the side. Note we only use free range pork. Served shredded for you to reheat Leftovers of this one are delicious! Can be frozen.
We marinade the chicken thighs in garlic, fresh lime and chilli before roasting. Delicious and works well on their own with some sides or sliced up into wraps.

Salads and Vegetables
Corn, black beans and red onion combined with lime, garlic and a spiced yoghurt dressing. Can be vegan
This is one of my new favourite salads. The combination of roasted sweet potato with millet grain, chickpeas, cranberries and pecans provides everything you need for a wholesome meal or side.
Roasted carrots create a delicious sweet vegetable and combined with a herby yoghurt and spicy harissa and pinenut butter it is simply a top 5 dish.
Caponata is such a great dish - it is also called ratatouille. You can serve it as a side or main meal or it makes a great lunch for work. You can serve it cold, room temperature or hot! I also love it tossed through pasta or on crispy toast.
Single Serve / Lunchbox / Breads
I love a frittata - layers of vegetables, cheese, spinach and herbs mixed with egg, topped with cheese and grilled til caramelised crunchiness! This frittata is in a single serve about size of a pie so you can purchase as many as you want. Great for freezing and reheating for lunch or a light dinner. Each week we will be offering a different weekly special so please let us know if there is something that you dont want otherwise leave it to us!
These little tarts (about the size of a muffin) are a perfect lunch or lunchbox item and are delicious hot or cold. Also a great starter or picnic snack. Crispy pastry filled with a delicious mix of salmon, goats cheese and eggs . Great to keep in freezer.

Honey grown by local beekeeper Ben. Hives are on our property and this honey is from our hives as well as other local hives.
