12 hour pulled pork with homemade BBQ sauce
Everyone loves a pulled pork! We use a dry rub and slow roast it in kombucha for 12 hours to provide a melt in your mouth flavour combination. We include our homemade BBQ sauce on the side. Note we only use free range pork. Served shredded for you to reheat Leftovers of this one are delicious! Can be frozen.
Ingredients
Free range Pork, Kombucha, Tomato passata, Housemade BBQ Sauce (tomato, worcestershire, sugar), Maple Syrup, Dijon Mustard, Cumin, Smoked Paprika, Chilli Powder, Garlic, Salt, Onion Powder.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep in covered container in refrigerator & use within 5 days. Can be reheated in oven/microwave. Can be frozen.
