Salmon and Goats Cheese Tarts
These little tarts (about the size of a muffin) are a perfect lunch or lunchbox item and are delicious hot or cold. Also a great starter or picnic snack. Crispy pastry filled with a delicious mix of salmon, goats cheese and eggs . Great to keep in freezer.

Tart cases (flour, butter, salt, water), Eggs, Cream, Smoked Salmon, Goats Cheese, Parsley, Rocket, Salt, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Can be frozen. Reheat in a preheated oven or microwave or serve cold/room temperature
