Vegetarian Bolognese Ragu
This is our vegetarian version of the bolognese ragu using vegetables and lentils. Serve with pasta or baked potato or rice or with flatbread and salad.

Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated and used within 5 days. Can be frozen. Reheat on stovetop, microwave or preheated oven
